When using Anthem ARC Genesis how do I deal with sub-woofers that have built-in equalisation or room correction

If using speakers from the Anthem/Paradigm/MartinLogan family with ARC or PBK built in, results are often better if the sub-woofer’s correction system is run before correcting the entire system. If the sub’s EQ is not ARC or PBK based, it is usually best to disable the sub-woofer’s EQ before running ARC.
